FAQS

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

Due to the amount of time and care that goes into creating each piece, all sales are final. Sometimes (very rarely) items arrive damaged. If this is the case, email me immediately to alleviate the issue with a replacement.

Can't tell in the photo if that blue matches your rug or accent pillows? If you are not sure if the colors you see in a painting are exactly what you want, feel free to ask for more photos.

HOW DO YOU SHIP ARTWORK?

The cost of shipping is not included in the price of the artwork. Upon purchase, you will receive an invoice with the exact shipping charge, unless I have a sale offering flat rate shipping. Artwork is shipped insured up to the value of your purchase via FedEx or UPS. Artwork larger than 24x30" will be shipped unstretched in a tube.

Items are usually processed within  3-5 days and arrive within a week from the day they're shipped.  If you need rushed shipping, 3-day or quicker, let me know and I will apply that to your order.

If you're interested in framing with our partner, Framebridge (see framing question below), shipping is free from my studio to them, and from Framebridge to you. Send us an email  if you'd like to use Framebridge for your artwork, and I'll give you a code at checkout to waive your shipping costs.

WILL YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! After you purchase artwork from the website I will email you to set up shipping. After the artwork is shipped, I will send you an invoice with the actual cost of shipping. International shipping usually ships via UPS or FedEx.

DO YOU RECOMMEND FRAMING FOR ARTWORK?

Yes! I'm excited to share that I've partnered with Framebridge, a wonderful online framing company that has a large selection of elegant frames, top-notch customer service, and they even offer free shipping.  Partnering with them means I can offer my customers a discount code (in your order confirmation email).  Another bonus, your piece arrives ready to hang so you can enjoy your new artwork right away. Some artwork is too large to have framed with Framebridge, so in this case I will consult with you individually on the perfect way to finish your piece.

If you shoot me an email, I am happy to give you my framing recommendations.

I love supporting local businesses, so I also recommend you check out framers in your area.

DO YOU SELL YOUR ORIGINAL WORK IN GALLERIES OR STORES?

I sell my line of fine art cards in stores, and are currently showing a number of original paintings from the Emerge Series at The Collective in Dallas, Texas.

Please contact me directly for inquiries about representation, licensing or wholesale orders. Hop on over to my Contact page and fill out the Inquiry Form.

HOW DO I FIND OUT WHEN YOU HAVE NEW WORK AVAILABLE?

The best way to find out when I have new work available is to follow me on Instagram and sign up for my newsletter. If you see a particular painting that you love on my Instagram feed, and cannot find it listed on my website, please use my Contact form for availability, size, and pricing information.

DO yOU HAVE A STUDIO OR GALLERY I CAN VISIT?

However, I love meeting people when I'm showing work at events! Sign up for my newsletter to learn when and where I'll be showcasing my work.

DO YOU TAKE COMMISSIONS?

Yes! A large part of my work is commissions. I love creating custom work, as it's an honor to bring your vision of beauty to life. See a piece in the shop you love but it has already sold? I'm happy to do a commission creating a similar (but never exact) piece.

Fill out the form on the Contact page, and I so look forward to connecting with you.

DO yOU HAVE A TRADE PROGRAM?

Yes. I offer a designer/trade discount for 15% on collections or commissioned work. Email jen@corsignatures.com for more information.
