WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

Due to the amount of time and care that goes into creating each piece, all sales are final. Sometimes (very rarely) items arrive damaged. If this is the case, email me immediately to alleviate the issue with a replacement. 

Can't tell in the photo of that blue in the painting matches your rug or accent pillows? If you are not sure whether the colors you see in a painting on screen are exactly what you want, feel free to ask for more photos, or, you can even mail me a paint swatch or fabric cutting to see their compatibility. If this sounds like you, please fill out the contact form here.

 

HOW DO YOU SHIP ARTWORK?

At this time, all Abstract artwork listed has shipping and insurance included in the price. The Body of Roses series does NOT include shipping and insurance in the price of the painting and the collector will be invoiced separately post purchase.

Any oversize artwork (larger than 36x36”) does not include shipping as cost can range greatly due to size, weight, and location. All larger artwork shipping will be discussed with the collector and can either be shipped in a tube (unframed only), box, or crate. Insurance for the full value of the artwork will be included in the invoice.

Paper pieces will be shipped flat or rolled in a tube (if larger than 12x12”).

Items are usually processed within  3-5 days and arrive within a week from the day they're shipped.  If you need rushed shipping, 3-day or quicker, let me know and I will apply that to your order and invoice you separately via Paypal or Venmo.  

 

WILL YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes. After you purchase artwork from the website I will email you to set up shipping. Before the artwork is shipped, I will send you an invoice with the cost of shipping and insurance for your particular artwork. International shipping usually ships via UPS.

 

DO YOU RECOMMEND FRAMING FOR ARTWORK?

Yes. Send an email with your inquiry to studio@jenniferolwig.com and I am happy to give you my framing recommendations.

 

HOW DO I INQUIRE ABOUT SELLING YOUR WORK IN MY GALLERY oR STORE?

Please contact me directly for inquiries about representation, licensing or wholesale orders. Hop on over to my Contact page and fill out the Inquiry Form.

 

HOW DO I FIND OUT WHEN YOU HAVE NEW WORK AVAILABLE?

The best way to find out when I have new work available is to follow me on Instagram and sign up for my newsletter. If you see a particular painting that you love on my Instagram feed, and cannot find it listed on my website, please use my Contact form for availability, size, and pricing information.

 

DO yOU HAVE A STUDIO OR GALLERY I CAN VISIT?

My studio is  located in my home in Saint Louis, therefore I currently offer studio visits by appointment only. I love it when collectors come to visit and share a cup of tea or glass of wine in the garden and discuss what kind of artwork they’d love for their heart and home.

DO YOU TAKE COMMISSIONS?

Yes! A large part of my work is commissions. I love creating custom work, as it's an honor to bring your vision of beauty to life. See a piece on my website or Instagram you love but it has already sold or isn’t the right size for you? I'm happy to do a commission creating a similar (but never exact) piece.
