WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

Due to the nature of my small business, all sales are finel. If an item arrives damaged, email me immediately to resolve the issue..

 

HOW DO YOU SHIP ORIGINAL ARTWORK?

Stretched canvas or linen paintings will be shipped in a box with proper packaging and plywood reinforcement if needed, or crated if the artwork is oversize. Sale canvas paintings may be shipped rolled in a tube, off their stretcher bars, which will be noted in the listing.

Paper pieces will be shipped flat or rolled in a tube (if larger than 12”).

Items are processed within  3-5 days and arrive within a week from the day they're shipped.  If you need rushed shipping, 3-day or quicker, let me know and I will invoice you separately via Paypal or Venmo.  

All artwork is shipped fully insured to it’s paid value.

 

WILL YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes. After you purchase artwork from the website I will email you to set up shipping. Before the artwork is shipped, I will send you an invoice with the cost of shipping and insurance for your particular artwork. International shipping usually ships via UPS or a crating service depending on the size of the artwork.

 

DO YOU RECOMMEND FRAMING FOR ARTWORK?

Yes. Please see the blog posted here for my favorite frames for paper works. For canvas, send an email with your inquiry to studio@jenniferolwig.com and I am happy to give you framing recommendations.

 

HOW DO I INQUIRE ABOUT SHOWING/SELLING YOUR WORK IN MY GALLERY, COMMERCIAL SPACE OR STORE?

Please contact me directly for inquiries about representation or licensing using the Contact page and fill out the Inquiry Form.

 

HOW DO I FIND OUT WHEN YOU HAVE NEW WORK AVAILABLE?

The best way to find out when I have new work available is to follow me on Instagram at @jenniferolwig and sign up for my newsletter. If you see a particular painting that you love on my Instagram feed, and cannot find it listed on my website, please use my Contact form for availability, size, and pricing information.

 

DO YOU HAVE A STUDIO OR GALLERY I CAN VISIT?

My studio is currently located at home in our centurion Arts & Crafts bungalow in Saint Louis, therefore I only offer studio visits by appointment. 

 

DO YOU TAKE COMMISSIONS?

Yes. A large part of my work is commissions. It’s an honor to create custom artwork bringing your inspiration and intention to life. See a painting on my website or Instagram you love but it has already sold or isn’t the right size for you? I'm happy to do a commission creating a painting inspired by it, completely unique to your energy and space.

FINE ART PRINT FAQS

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS ON PRINTS?

Only if the print arrives damaged do we accept returns on fine art prints. Email us with proof of damage within a week of receiving the order and we will address your inquiry. All prints are shipped fully insured to their value.

HOW DO I CARE FOR MY CANVAS PRINT?

Since canvas prints are coated and don't require glass, simply dust the piece lightly with a dry, soft clean cloth, like microfiber.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY PRINT?

For a framed canvas print, expect delivery within 3-4 weeks from the date of purchase. For unframed canvas and paper prints, expect delivery within 7-10 business days.

HOW SHOULD I FRAME MY PRINT?

For canvas prints, we offer a curated selection of frames on our website when ordering. If you envision something different for your artwork, we always recommend working with a local framer.

WHERE DO I PURCHASE CUSTOM MAT BOARD FOR MY PREMADE FRAME?

A beautiful 20x20” premade frame can easily accommodate a 10x10” print, all you need is a larger mat cut to fit the frame and image size. If you've already chosen a frame larger than your selected artwork, getting a mat cut to fit is easy and instantly elevates the artwork in your home.

There is a wide variety of mat boards to choose from. Bring your print to an art supply store or local framer for assistance in choosing a mat that will complement your style. Some stores include Michael's, Aaron Brother's, Dick Blick, Hobby Lobby, and Art Mart. Jennifer's personal favorite is a raw silk mat, but there are many wonderful options available to suit your budget and taste.

DO THE FRAMED CANVAS PRINTS COME READY TO HANG?

CAN I HAVE A FINE ART PRINT SENT DIRECTLY TO MY FRIEND AS A GIFT?

Absolutely! When purchasing your order, be sure to put the recipient's address as the shipping address and choose the option to add a gift message if you desire. Remember to still put your own address in the billing address.
